What we store

Nothing about you. The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party trackers or ad networks. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

In your own browser

When you pick your watch, your browser remembers it (local storage) so the site can show faces that fit next time. It never leaves your device; clear it any time by clearing site data.

Messages

The support form opens your own e-mail app. What you send reaches us by e-mail and is used only to answer you.

Store links

Links to the Connect IQ store carry a campaign tag (utm_source=thewatchfactory) so we can see how many visits the site sends to the store. Garmin's own privacy policy applies in the store.
